Hello all — thanks for stopping by. My name is Kendell Linh Healy and I am the pastor to Grace Lynnwood UMC. I began my appointment here in July of 2024.
Education: I did my undergraduate work at Regent University in Theological Studies with a focus on Biblical Systematic Theology. I also began my studies in Biblical languages at Regent.
I hold a Masters of Divinity (Mdiv) from Asbury Theological Seminary.
What else can I say . . . . I am married to Evelyn and have twin boys who are in their early twenties (where did all the time go). Prior to receiving my calling into vocational ministry, I was a professional musician (classical pianist). I retired from that due to an advancing diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, which I now have under control (whew!).
One of things you’ll probably discover quickly about me is that I love to teach and I have a pretty relaxed style in my teaching. Ahh, I also love to joke and laugh – after all, why take things so seriously, right?
