On Monday mornings, the crochet group gathers to crochet prayer blankets, which, when completed are prayed over during a worship services and placed in the sanctuary and freely given to people. If you need one for yourself -or- you know of someone who could use one, please take one.
Now, you may be thinking – I don’t know how to crochet. That’s ok because the group is made up of some who just started while others who have been doing it for a while. Naturally, they are all eager to teach and help out. This is a wonderful ministry in the church, and just knowing that you are creating something that could greatly comfort someone is a blessing. You are invited to be a part of this wonderful ministry.
